The staff is very friendly, and the apartments are well maintained. On the few occasions where I have had a problem with the apartment, I submitted a ticket, and the maintenance crew always had it taken care of by the time I came home from work the next day.

I would say that they are the best kept secret as far as apartments go in the Centerville area. The staff is attentive and any time I have ever had a concern or problem they have addressed it and taken care of it.

At first it almost felt like being on vacation. But now it just feels like home.

Great. Got a good price. We got to paint the apt! Not a lot of maintenance issues, if any. Grounds kept up well. Only minor issue is parking, but you won't have to walk halfway across property to find a spot, just down a couple buildings. Also the wiring for the internet is not the best, you will lose internet connections sometimes. Civilization is just around the corner, so you can either walk to the mall, or walk along the local neighborhoods. My only wish is that there was a PLAYGROUND for the kids!! Even just a small one - there is an area by the pool that would work out great for it.

Rooms are large, grounds are well kept, the price range is right. Good maintenance staff. Compared to the dump I'm living in now (and paying $1105 per month for a one bedroom apartment in the Wshington DC area ), Mad River apartments are like the Trump Towers.

Mad River Apartments is a wonderful, safe place to live. Fantastic staff, friendly neighbors, a great place to call home!

As long as the rent stays reasonable, I will call it my home. Definately recommend it to anyone. Does need some fresh paint and concrete work on walkways, but that is the only negative.
